When I receive Likes on my comment that I posted on the post of a page, I don't receive notifications. Where can I change these settings?

When you uncheck Always comment and post on your page as MyPage anything you post on the Page is visible only to some of your friends and people who are visiting the Page profile (i.e. it's not published to the News Feed of the Page's subscribers). Thus, such posts aren't "status" updates.
If you want to publish an actual status update to the Page's subscribers, you need to "Use Facebook as MyPage". The easiest way to do it is to click the triangle in the top-right corner of the screen (on the blue bar next to Home) and select the Page, for which you wish to publish the update.
Could anyone intentionally have you reported on facebook (spam, hate speech, etc.) to cause it?. That "was" a feature of Facebook´s social plugin. Can't find an explanation on facebook documentation about why it was removed (by the end of 2012). I used to receive notifications for every someone else's reply or "like" to my comments or posts on a news web page, no matter if others were friends or not. Now, I only get notifications on replies.

It would be default set as On,you can review by going to Settings -> Notification.
In that option "Activity that involves youView" which include You'll always get notifications about activity that involves you, like when someone tags you in a photo or comments on your post is set as On.Please try login with facebook in web and check whether you are getting notification correctly.
