The answer there is right (I've been using it for a long time) for groups you are admin of. But what I want to do is, either posts to Facebook pages, Twitter, or Instagram, with images to be posted in Facebook Groups I'm not an admin of. Is that possible?
You are currently permitted to post up to 63,206 characters on Facebook in a status group or wall post. There is no difference.
In September, we increased the character limit on status updates to 5,000 characters. Today, we're announcing that you can now write posts with more than 60,000 characters. (1)

The list of targets in RSS Graffiti contains both groups and pages that I'm an admin of. (Though I haven't tried whether it actually works.)

Based on how this was written this seems to be asking about an app that bypasses the
user_managed_groupspermission.Since you already possibly know this will not work, the overall answer to this question is that there is no way to do this natively without a custom application/script (which is outside the scope of this site).
