How do I forward an email from a folder/label in Gmail?
I have googled this question, checked similar questions, but can only see answers related to forwarding folders.
I can only see options to archive, delete, snooze & mark as read/unread.

You are correct. These are the options given when you look at the left hand side on the top of the Inbox or your message.

You have to look somewhere else.
You have to open your message and click the 3 little horizontal dots found on the top, right hand corner of the message.

You can also find the Forward action on the bottom of your message.

A simple filter for to:(@example.com) should do what you need. Simply create a filter on that and apply the label you want. You'll also have the option to "Also apply filter to XXX matching conversations" so you can label any of the messages you've already received.

You won't be able to do it with a filter, because those act when the message comes in. However, it's simple to do with a search.

label:first -label:second

That search string will return all conversations with the label first and do not have the label second. The minus sign (- or hyphen, if you prefer) means negation.

If you want to exclude more labels, simply add them to your search string:

label:first -label:second -label:third
