Gmail labeling forwarded emails

I have 2 emails 1 for school (= outlook) and 1 personal(=gmail)

I forward my outlook emails to my personal gmail.

The forwarded emails I receive in my gmail should get a label called school
But I can't seem to filter it

Example Peter sends an email to my outlook school mail. That mail automatically being forwarded to my personal gmail with this heading:

from:            <peter@someDomain> via outlook.studentMail.com
to:              myName@outlook.studentMail.com
mailed-by:       outlook.studentMail.com

I tried this topic and few basic filters but I can't seem to get it to work. Can someone help me with this?

Try creating a filter with this

to:(myName@outlook.studentMail.com)

in the "Has the words" field. Note that this is different from putting myName@outlook.studentMail.com in the To: field.

Forward all new emails

Open the Gmail account that you want to forward from.
Click the gear in the top right.
Select Settings.
Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. (Forwarding, POP & IMAP tab) (insert image here)
Click Add a forwarding address in the “Forwarding” section.
Enter the email address you want to forward to.
For your security, we'll send a verification email to that address. Open your other email account and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team. If you’re having trouble finding it, check your Spam folder.
Click the verification link in that email.
Back in your Gmail account, reload the page in your web browser - look for the reload icon Reload.
On the same Forwarding and POP/IMAP page in Settings, check that Forward a copy of incoming mail is selected and your email address is in the drop-down menu.
In the second drop-down menu, choose what you want Gmail to do with your messages after they’re forwarded, such as keep Gmail’s copy in the Inbox (recommended) or archive Gmail’s copy.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

I actually just figured out a workaround using a different filter. With credit to this post, the way to do it is to filter the text in the email header, which includes the me@business.com address it was originally addressed to.

So I created this filter in the "has the words" field:

deliveredto:me@business.com

And had that filter apply the Business label.
