Is there any way I can use Google Analytics offline (i.e., without Internet)? I know that there are some exports for statistics which I have chosen but is there anything that can help me download almost all (or at least the important things) and which can I use for browsing stats offline?

This being a QR code doesn't make it any different to any other URL you might want to track.
Create a page on your own website that does a redirect to the other site, and and make a QR code to the URL on your website.
So people click the QR, go to your site, and end up at the target site. Then you can measure the hits to the URL. Use a meta-refresh redirect if you want to use google analytics.
Or create a short url at tiny.cc that the QR code points to and track it there.
I also couldn't find how to use OR. I can offer you a workaround however. Use the powerful Matching RegExp filter instead of Containing.

You can set up weekly/daily email reports for the reports you wish to see offline. Those will then be available in your inbox; if the inbox is available offline then the reports should be too.
