I have a Google Docs file that I want to share with my co-workers. Some of us have Google accounts but we would prefer to share the file using our business emails.
However those who already have Google accounts, usually keep themselves logged in all day and constant switching is a bit of a pain.
Is there some way to associate an arbitrary email address with an existing Google account so that the latter can access Docs shared to the former?

Google groups does not support multiple sign in. Because of this, it should use whatever account you logged into first in your current browser session. (The one marked as default in the account dropdown in gmail)
If this is not the behavior you are seeing, that would seem to be a bug, since it goes against the information on their official help topic.
I think the easiest way (not preferable I know) is to just give your domain permission to all your docs you need access to.
either that or just download them and re upload them.
I do not know of a easy way to "transfer" them.

You can create Google Account with any e-mail address you want. And from account settings->edit e-email you can add any e-mail to your google account.
