Google-calendar – Move/copy one of the repeating events between calendars

So in the absence of other answers - my workaround has been to take advantage of Gcal's ability to import events from an excel file - I set some stuff up in Excel (where it's fairly easy to have events advance by a couple of hours) and then update when I need to - it's not an ideal strategy (It lacks a certain WYSIWYG) but I've no better ideas.

If I remember rightly, you have to add it do the calendar of the logged in user and then move it to any other linked calendar for which you have write access.
