I subscribe to the calendars of my team members, but if I invite all of them to a meeting, my calendar fills up with entries for each of them.

You can do this by clicking "Add | Add by URL" at the bottom of the left nav on your google calendar homepage.

You will be asked to choose to sync with your main calendar or a new named one, but if you stick it in the main calendar you should then get it on your other devices.
I realize that you are specifically asking for one click, still I'd like to offer a (mostly) three click solution as likely helpful as well (for anyone not aware of it already at least ;)
- Within the left sidebar, under Other calendars, click Settings.
- Within the second column, under SHOW IN LIST, click all/none as appropriate.
- At the bottom left, click Back to calendar.
Obviously, depending on your calendar distribution between the upper and lower section, you might need to click all/none another time in the other section as well eventually.
In case this really doesn't serve your needs, it should indeed be possible to extend Google calendar via the Calendar APIs and Tools (the calendar class has a hidden property) and/or a Calendar Sidebar Gadget - I'm not aware of an existing solution offering the desired functionality, so you'll need to roll your own in case.

Unfortunately, Google never added this capability to it's "calendar" (classic version as of fall 2017); however, there is a Google Chrome plugin that partially accomplishes this.
Event Merge for Google Calendar™ works when viewing via Google Chrome browser on desktop or laptop. It does not actually remove the event from each separate calendar that you may be viewing/following. Nor does this apply to the calendar view built into an Android or iOS device.
