My wife's laptop has Chrome installed. She uses it under her Chrome username. I sometimes use it with my Chrome username. Since installing the Google Hangouts extension on my Chrome account (on my own laptop), she now gets my Hangouts popups on her computer when using Chrome under her username.
This seems like a glitch in how the Hangouts extension interacts with multiple Chrome users. Is there a way to prevent this presumably unintended behavior?
As of this writing (2016-01), in the extension you can disable the "toast" notifications via
Settings (hamburger icon) > Hangouts App Settings > "Show message preview for new messages"
Have you read the documentation? It states here that YouTube doesn't support 480p and 1080p with DASH disabled. Apparently the developer is working on that.
Of some reason the div #player is to small, I haven't managed to fix that through the settings, but you could download another extension (Stylebot for example) fix that yourself, until the developer does something about that. Set the width to 1040 pixels.
