Google-drive – Re-sizing the photos in Google Drive

If you own the documents and share it with others, there is no way they will be actually able to delete the files. At the Max they will be able to remove it from their sight.

If you're comfortable using Google Scripts the following from Amit works well for me. I've looped it with an array of folder names grabbed from a spreadsheet to deal with lots of content.
