I want to find a number that starts with "221" and is an 11 digit number.
For example: 221XXXXXXXX
Does Google support any method to find something like this? Perhaps with regex or wildcards?

Why use Tineye and then search for text on Google? Search for the image on Google and use the date range like you were: google search
Remember, you can just drag and drop an image into Google image search (it'll even figure out the name of the image like it did in my search example) which is pretty awesome actually.
However, be careful, as the date Google shows in its results may not reflect the actual date the page or image was created!
Try using the intext: or inanchor: operators. I think -inanchor:kendo is what you're looking for, but intext:kendomay help, too. Or try -allinanchor:kendo ui.

This used to be possible. As far as I can tell, this capability has been removed. I suspect that they were uncomfortable with how easy it was to find lists of credit card numbers, phone numbers, and social security numbers using this function.
