Is there an easy way to auto increment integer value in a Google Sheet like Ctrl+A in Vim?
If not, how do I go about creating such a shortcut?

you could use a formula like:
=ARRAYFORMULA(FILTER(ROW(INDIRECT("A1:A20")), MOD(ROW(INDIRECT("A1:A20")), 2)=0))
A1:A20represents range 1-202)=0represents increment by 2
