I'm the admin of G-Suite.
My (50) users see an unwanted contact (of a deleted alias) in their gmail to/cc/bcc auto-complete list.
How can I force removal of that "ghost" contact for ALL users in my team at once?
All answers I found so far put the responsibility on the end-user, e.g.: Remove email address from suggestions in To field on Gmail
I don't my users to do admin tasks, and besides, such situation happens every few months.
From the comments, to provide an accepted answer:
If you wish to use the classic folders, give them a link to the folder you wish them to access, adding ?usp=sharing to the end of the link. It will look something like https://drive.google.com/a/mydomain.com/folderview?id=0B7FYzrvwemtv0EyM2VBVDA&usp=sharing. When they open the link, in the top right should be a button to "Add to Drive". They then click that and the drive will show in their My Drive. Note that I put this link on an intranet page for all new users to visit. That page has instructions for this and other items unique to the organization.
I wouldn't suggest deleting these email as the users will not have access to any historical email they sent. I know I'd be F$js%j if I found out all my email is gone. I would suggest pushing a filter to all your users that archives these messages out of the Inbox view.
If email isn't really important I would then just delete all your accounts and create them again. The time to do this would be much faster than either the option above or below.
If you must delete messages in the accounts then you can use the built in Security Investigation Tool that is available on G Suite Enterprise.

Deleting a contact in the user own "Other Contacts" list is not an "admin task". Anyway, if you want to do some tasks on behalf the your organization users, you could do them by using Google Apps Script (some tasks will require to use advanced services), you could use the corresponding API and use domain-wide delegation of authority or one of the command-line tools for G Suite administrators like GAM.
