There's a site I'd like to +1 on Google+, but I have it in my bookmarks, and didn't find it by searching. How can I add the link to the "+1" section on my profile?
Of course, I could search on Google until I find the site, but in general, I'd like to avoid that.
A standard, simple hyperlink way of +1ing something (and sharing to Google+) is now making the rounds on blogs (couldn't find an official source, so it may still be undocumented):

Replace %URL with the URL. This is what shows up in the Google+ stream:
According to this WIRED article, +1 Google is investigating wether to consider it as a signal in future updates of the search engine.
Google confirmed its plans in an e-mail to Wired.com.
“Google will study the clicks on +1 buttons as a signal that influences the ranking and appearance of websites in search results,” a spokesman wrote. “The purpose of any ranking signal is to improve overall search quality. For +1’s and other social ranking signals, as with any new ranking signal, we’ll be starting carefully and learning how those signals are related to quality.”
So, for now at list, the pages you are +1-ing will not change ranking.

If the website hasn't provided you a way of adding it's site to your +1 Tabs, you can install this Chrome Extension. It will add the current site you are on to your +1 Tab.
