I've registered for Google Plus with my Gmail address. How can I associate another email address with my account, so that people who have that address can find me?

If you go to someone's user page, there's a button "Add to Circles" button, when you mouseover that, it gives you a dropdown to select the circle(s) to add them to. Does your browser have a way to trigger mouseover events?
It is not possible. Here is the error that I received.
