draw.io
As seen in the following screenshot each main grid container in a draw.io diagram has x 4×4 matrix of cells.
I would like to change it to 5×5. How can that be achieved? I looked at the Diagram menu and it has a configuration for "Points" but not for number of cells:
There isn't any Drive commenting functionality currently built-in into draw.io, so setting to comment only won't do anything.
In terms of adding a diagram to a Google Doc, the draw.io Add-on For Google Docs makes that eay.
Next to the "Grid" checkbox on the Diagram menu, there's a numerical value. That's the size of the grid, which you can increase and decrease.

Just click Extras > Configuration in the diagrams.net editor and you will see the default { "gridSteps": 4 }
Change the number to 5, click Apply and then reload a page.
P.S If you don't see "gridSteps": 4, just add
{ "gridSteps": 5 }
