Is it possible to search for some keywords inside LinkedIn groups even if I have not joined them?
This may be simple, but I did not find a solution; I can only find group names.

LinkedIn does not support any of these tools "out of the box".
I created a new private LinkedIn group in which I could make test posts all day long without bothering anyone. HTML, Markdown and Textile all just rendered as plain text with gobbledegook. Some examples:
[n.b.: I am new to Textile, so that formatting may be incorrect. Even if so I'd bet you a dollar that correctly written Textile wouldn't work in a LinkedIn discussion.]
I'll poke around and see if there are any browser extensions or something that will allow this sort of thing. Stay tuned.
You need to keep scrolling down the page. You don't need a paid account.
From the toolbar:
Profile > Edit Profile
After the grey box summary, there will be all your profile sections, Experience, Languages, Skills, etc.
Each of your previous positions will have Edit next to them.
Click that and then you'll be taken to a page to edit just that node.
On that page you will see Remove this position under the Update button.

It is possible by using the Advanced search. There you can write some keywords and the related Groups to look. But it is possible only for Groups that you have joined. I'm not aware if there are more possibilities for "Pro" accounts.
