I joined 2 Google+ photo communities and made 2 posts with photos. I can see them on the community page and my profile, but other people don't see them on the community page. Also, when logged out, I don't see my posts on the community pages either.
Why is it so?
Google+ communities have their own policies or customs on what is allowed to be posted in their groups. You may have been seen as a spammer, as you mention posting to a few different communities after joining, and the moderators would have deleted such posts.
If you can see the post on your own profile, but it is not showing up in the community you posted it, check for a strike-out or line-through at the name of the group and the category.
For example:
This was posted to a group, but was deleted by the moderator. It still shows up on the user's own view of their posts.
A mate of mine (not present on this site) has provided a working solution, let me share it for those who might be having the same problem:
Click on the Home button, click "Communities" and you'll see something that says "Community Invitations". Click on the community below, and click " Accept Invitation".

The posts are probably awaiting moderation by the community admins.
