I clicked Profile > Edit Profile, but there is no "Add position" button.
I'm trying to add another job to my Experience section.

This can absolutely be done. It's very simple.
Go to your company page. Click Admin Tools >> Edit Page. One of the first option is "Company Pages Admins". Here you can either select that ANY employee with the company domain in their email can edit the page OR you can select specific users (type in their name to add them to the admin panel). Publish your changes and you're golden!
You need to keep scrolling down the page. You don't need a paid account.
From the toolbar:
Profile > Edit Profile
After the grey box summary, there will be all your profile sections, Experience, Languages, Skills, etc.
Each of your previous positions will have Edit next to them.
Click that and then you'll be taken to a page to edit just that node.
On that page you will see Remove this position under the Update button.

When I view my profile, at the top of the "Experience" section...
...if I mouse-over, an "Add position" button pops up.
Further, at the bottom of the "Experience" section is an "Add position" link.
