With the Outlook.com, I cannot print. I do not have the Action button, nor the three dots. All I can do is a print screen, which is less than ideal for long emails and because of all the unseemly stuff on the right hand side.
Any suggestions on how to print and/or how to get the Action or … options made avail to me. I am using FireFox.
Using the API is an option when tied into a Facebook app.

That query will only produce user IDs, but that would solve your problem. You can also use the graph API to expand on that if you pick up your own access token.
This query will allow you to find usernames for each ID. Alternatively, you could use the full API to write your own script that will pull a JSON string for you. More details in the link below.

This page will allow you to run these queries without being logged in. Parsing the data is up to you.
When you log in into your Hotmail client, you should be able to go to Options and then choose Upgrade to Outlook.com
It also should not matter, what you use as login to your Windows Live account - it can be even GMail.

I'm not sure how you've managed to get rid of all your function buttons, but you could try the shortcut shift + P to print.
