Tumblr glitch with ask page CAPTCHA

I've been trying to find out details on how to fix this with Tumblr:

I'm trying to allow anonymous people to send me messages. However, when people try to send me something they need to fill a CAPTCHA, which messes up the ask box layout and renders them unable to post. I haven't found any details by googling, and when I try to edit the theme’s source code I can't get to the ask page HTML.

Any details on how to get this done or maybe disable the CAPTCHA?

Turn off SSL.
I had the same issue after setting the SSL toggle on (it's in "edit appearance"). Turning off SSL fixed the issue and the captcha works now. I emailed Tumblr to let them know, hopefully it's a quick fix.

Interesting, yesterday I also tried to register a new gmail account. Looks like the policy is:

For the first few times (not sure how many) you "check for name availability", no captcha is displayed
After that they require you to be human, I guess this is an attempt to stop a script from probing their whole user base

The bad thing is, the captcha cannot be entered correctly. I'm quite sure I'm a human and my FF doesn't have any plugin or ad-don, except for DownThemAll. The workaround involves refreshing the page and/or restarting the browser. If that doesn't help try clearing cookies and/or wait a few minutes so that they "forget" you.

Found a way of doing it! Wrap it in PermalinkPagination blocks:

   ...disqus code...
{/block:PermalinkPagination}

PermalinkPagination only shows on posts (actually, it only shows on posts if they have a previous and/or a next post, so it won't work on blogs with only one post) and not static pages. You can use it within the context of a PermalinkPage block to include content that should only show on post pages rather than static pages.

You can use PermalinkPagination numerous times in the template.
