I deactivated my Twitter account, but when I search for my @screenname in Google, I see some pages that includes my Twitter photos.
For example: example1.com/twitterusers/screnname.html page includes my photo which has this URL:
http://a0.twimg.com/profile_images/123456/my_photo_normal.jpeg
How can I delete this photo? Because it is shown in Google SERPs.
Are you referring to your News Feed (Top News), News Feed (Most Recent), or the Recent Activity on your profile?
I think that News Feed (Top News) only displays what Facebook considers to be most interesting to you, so I wouldn't expect your own likes/comments there. The News Feed setting that you mentioned applies to the Most Recent setting.
News Feed (Most Recent) does not display individual stories for comments and likes on posts; you would only see them under the corresponding post, if it is expanded. Are you saying that you expanded the likes/comments and you can see comments from other people but your comment is not there? Sometimes it takes some time for it to show up although it shouldn't take days (unless it was deleted).
If you are referring to the Recent Activity on your profile, there is an additional setting for that that you didn't mention. On your profile's Wall (not your News Feed), scroll to the bottom and click Edit Options. If you have hidden any kinds of stories from your Recent Activity these will be listed and you can unhide any of them by clicking the X and then Save.
As for the Photos tab, that used to be a known issue although the link to Facebook Help in that answer does not seem to work now. I don't know if that means that it should be fixed.

Twitter deprecated Twitter API v.1. So this info is also deprecated now. You can access the same api by using the URL https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json. Though this endpoint does not seem to be identical to the previous endpoint outlined before.

As far as I know Twitter Search API is the best thing we've got as of now. And Twitter Search API supports searching timeline of any user. In fact "Search" text box of Twitter (at the top of Twitter page) uses the search API, so you can experiment using that search box.
For example searching
twitter from:yourusername
shows your tweets with word twitter .
You can use the same query for searching from your timeline, or from any users timeline. An API call identical to the example query would be
http://search.twitter.com/search.json?q=twitter%20from%3Ayourusername
Note that Twitter Search API has some limitations. They are discussed at Twitter Search API Documentation.
For searching tweets from a list, I am not aware of a quick solution. You can always use
https://api.twitter.com/1/lists/members.json?slug=listname&owner_screen_name=yourusername
to get list members and construct a query manually by using the OR keyword as:
http://search.twitter.com/search.json?q=twitter%20from%3Auser1%20OR%20from%3Auser2
