Youtube – Enabling YouTube for Google Apps for Domain, in the UK or Switzerland

Starting on 3 December 2008, the Start Page is no longer included for new organizations that sign up for Google Apps.

However, you can now make your own via Google Sites:

As a Google Apps administrator, you can create a Start Page for your users, using the Google Sites Start Page template. This page is your users' homepage, on which they can access their Google services and other content -- such as interactive gadgets and RSS feeds -- when they log in to their Google Apps accounts.their Google Apps accounts.

If you have Google Apps for Business (i.e. you pay for it) then you should be able to use this, in which case I'd contact your domain admin to see if this is enabled for your account.

If you have the free edition of Google Apps, then this is unavailable to you unless you upgrade to the Business version.

That said, it sounds like all you need is Google Calendar Sync, which works with any Google Calendar login (Apps or otherwise). I used this for a long time, until I got a phone that would sync with both Google and Exchange.
