Is it possible to search for a video in YouTube only in the channels one has subscribed (and not in all possible channels)?

You cannot search YouTube in this way.
The only thing that you could do is use the additional Search Options and sort them by View Count.
Go to the youtube homepage, and then scroll down to the bottom. Click on the location link (in your case it will say Location: Brazil) and then from the menu that appears choose Worldwide: All. Go back to the most subscribed channels page and... voila!
