My sound down button isn't working in the Roku 3 remote control. I've opened it up to find that the rocker broke off. The Sound Up has B S marking and the Sound Down has G S. On the other side (metallic cover) of the switch, both the Sound Up and Down have B3B17A1
Anyone knows the manufacturer of these switches, or a compatible replacement?

I was inclined to say it was a ground fault current interrupter. However, those that I am familiar with have manual test and reset buttons.
I did a search to see if an auto-reset version exists, and apparently it does.
If this were a capacitor, I'd say by the shape and size that it have to be tantalum. However, tantalum caps are polarized, and this device is not. Ergo, not likely a cap.
The triangular marking at the top of the device resembles the Epcos logo:
A quick check of Epcos shows me that they have a line of SM inductors which closely resemble your part, in both shape and markings.
This data sheet says that the line 331K represents the inductance and the bottom line is a date code.
This note explains the code in more detail: K is a tolerance code (+/- 10%), and depending on the size of the part, the inductance is in either microhenries or nanohenries. I don't think your part is actually 330 microhenries given its size.
I think you have a 330nH EPCOS SM inductor. QED

These look similar: Panasonic, Panasonic, E-Switch. But you need to check the dimensions. You can search for more on DigiKey in: Product Index > Switches > Tactile Switches and by selecting "mounting type" as "Surface Mount, Right Angle".
