Electronic – SMD identification identificationsurface-mount Tried all over internet…but not found what it is. Any help appreciated. Best Answer It might be FDC655AN MOSFET (obsolete) - replaced by FDC655BN (datasheet: http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/FDC655BN-D.PDF). Related SolutionsElectronic – Component identification (SMD) My guess is its a 50V 0.1uF capacitor (not tantalum or electrolytic, since there are no polarization markings). The J would denote 5% tolerance of the cap. With no polarization markings it is not a diode or a polarized cap I couldn't find a company marking or any other 'blue' capacitors, so I'm a little lost as to where this was sourced from. Desolder the part from the board and measure it with a 'voltmeter' for impedance and do a capacitance test on it. Electronic – Help ID SMD components Your U10 is a Microchip 24FC256 - spot the logo in the pin-4 corner? I suspect that your U9 might be a Linear technology LTC1663. The pin connections for VCC(pin-4) and GND(pin-2) are almost certainly correct, making C46 its decoupling cap.
