I have a 50Vrms sinewave (100Hz and 2A), I rectify it using a full wave rectifier.
Are their away to implement an( ideal full wave rectifier) with this specifications using LM358P (its input is 0 and 15V).
I think it is impossible with op amp but I asked, maybe someone advise my with another way.
Below is a schematic from Elliott Sound Products, of a full-wave precision rectifier:
First, note the orientation of the diodes which differ from your circuit. In this circuit, the output of the 1st op-amp is negative during the input positive half-cycle and zero during the negative half-cycle.
Second, and once again, note that the 1st op-amp produces a negative voltage. But, in your circuit, that's impossible. The op-amp output can only be positive.
If you insist on using a single supply, you could bias the input signal and non-inverting inputs at one-half the supply voltage and then remove the output voltage offset via capacitive coupling.
Maybe you can add a high impedance path to the neutral, like this:

This works for me when i want to simulate a 3 phase rectifier.

It's quite inconvenient to drive the gates of MOSFETs to improve the efficiency of a full-wave rectifier. Here's a paper where the authors have investigated this: "A novel high efficient approach to input bridges".
The losses at 2A are not all that great (a couple percent), especially if you use Schottky diodes, so it's probably not worthwhile to attempt this at present.
You might find "synchronous" a useful search term in your further research. That's normally what active power rectifiers are called, whereas "ideal rectifier" normally is in reference to signal processing absolute value circuits.
