I have looked at every capacitor or resistor but I don't know what this kind is called.
Does anyone know what this component is called? It's just a letter "W" in a blue square.
This board is from a Smart TV 55" grafic board.

It looks like a tantalum capacitor to me. It's the wrong shape for a diode, and they usually have the cathode marked with a line.Tantalums usually have the positive terminal identified with a line or a '+' like that, and are encapsulated in plastic. Electrolytics usually have the negative terminal identified with a line, and aren't usually encapsulated.
The F1 component is a diode, probably a zener in an SOD962 or SOD882 package. There isn't going to be a good way to find this part without the exact dimensions and the diode voltage.
The red square looks like what is left over from a WLCSP4 or other BGA part, without exact dimensions there is no way to be sure. Without the markings on the part it will be impossible to identify it (Could be one of these)

It appears to be a fast acting ceramic fuse rated for 7 amperes.
It looks very much like the Littelfuse "437 Series – 1206 Fast-Acting Fuse"
This table from the datasheet says code W is 7 amperes:
