Postfix – Troubleshooting Refusal on Port 587

Postfix is refusing connection on port 587 when delivering mail. Here are my config files:

I enabled smtps because I thought that was the issue, but it still will not work. Here's the mail.log file:

It shouldn't be anything with my network, so what is the problem?

EDIT:
There seemed to have been something wrong with my main.cf and once I set it back to my defaults everything worked.

Yes, it's refusing port 587 because the entire section of master.cf is commented out.
