Using XPath, how to select nodes which have no attributes (where attribute count = 0)?

For example:

<nodes>
    <node attribute1="aaaa"></node>
    <node attribute1="bbbb"></node>
    <node></node> <- FIND THIS
</nodes>

//node[not(@*)]

That's the XPath to select all nodes named "node" in the document without any attributes.

The condition below:

//Element[@attribute1="abc" and @attribute2="xyz" and Data]

checks for the existence of the element Data within Element and not for element value Data.

Instead you can use

//Element[@attribute1="abc" and @attribute2="xyz" and text()="Data"]

Here's an example that finds div elements whose className contains atag:

//div[contains(@class, 'atag')]

Here's an example that finds div elements whose className contains atag and btag:

//div[contains(@class, 'atag') and contains(@class ,'btag')]

However, it will also find partial matches like class="catag bobtag".
