I would like to ask the participants about what languages they speak. Needless to say, they may need to choose several options. I thought about letting them fill in a box but since there will be many many participants it may be difficult to get accurate search results when we are evaluating the data later on.
Is it possible to allow them to select several options?
I am a developer for Cognito Forms. We do not offer the ability to transfer the choice field on one form into another form. You can however let users type in their own choice by selecting Radio Buttons as the type and then checking the box next to "Allow Fill In".
Users will then be able to select a blank text box and type in their own information.
We use JSON as our data transmission format when posting data to a client's site. When we post to a website we post as JSON. You will need to parse that data on your end. You can have your form post to requestb.in to see what the data looks like.

When using a phone field set to the US, your phone number will look like a line of numbers until you click out of the field.
Then field will then auto verify that all characters are numbers and that 10 characters have been added.
If you have fewer then 10 characters or have a non-numeric character you will receive an error message. This will only happen when the field is set to "US".
For phone fields set to international we do not have validation. This is because of the wide variation between phone numbers in difference countries. We are considering ways to incorporate validation for this, like using Google's phone number library.

Yes, the Checkboxes type in the Choice field will allow your users to select multiple options.
