Can someone help me identify these connectors, I haven't seen them before, tried searching on digikey but there are a lot of connectors, and some of them don't have pictures so it's proving difficult to identify it.
I need both types female and male of the connectors.
And tools that I would need to attach them to wires.
It's a female pin header, most likely 0.1"/100mil/2.54mm (but use your calipers to verify). The little metal pins are for soldering into a PCB, whereas the corresponding male connector plugs into the contacts embedded within the plastic housing.
Also note that they are available in "stackable" form, where the metal pins are long enough for the connector to act as both male and female; these are used on both PC/104 expansion boards and Arduino shields so that they can be stacked multiple devices high.
These are Molex PicoBlade series. The distance between pins (pitch) should be 1.25mm.

The white ones look like Molex 0.062" Connectors to me, the other one is very hard to tell. Download a data sheet and take some measurements, there are other sizes available so check to see if they are the 0.062"s.
